History

Indian Springs was named after artesian spring, this area provides adequate water. From the 1940s, when a training facility of the United States Army Air Force started here, Indian Spring hosted several groups of military before renaming as Creech Air Force Base. Most of the military personnel settled in the city and like to stay in the Indian springs homes.

Indiana springs rentals are preferred over any other homes and rentals in the area.

There are just over 600 homes in the Indian Springs area and of those about 250 of them are registered rental properties.  Indian Springs rental homes are very desirable for their affordability and style.  In addition to the homes for rent in the area, there are also a number of condos, town homes, and apartments for rent in the area.

 

Indian Springs is an affordable place to live which is one of the many reasons that it tends to be preferred by Veterans and young working families.   The average rents in the area are low and home prices are relatively low when compared to surrounding areas.  Homes for rent start at under $1,000 per month and range well over this price for large, luxury style housing.

 

Fun Stuff

There are very limited things to do inside the town of Indian Springs.  The quiet atmosphere lends itself to preferred relaxation and outdoor excursions such as biking, walking or jogging.  For a more upbeat attraction, Indian Springs residents must travel to nearby towns or Las Vegas to get some real action.  Indian Springs boasts quiet life just outside the big city.
