» Short Listing Form
The short form allows you to submit your apartment, condo, house, or room for rent in less time. If you use the short form, you may login at the My Listings page to add more detail and photos to your listing at any time.
» Standard Listing Form
The standard form allows you to include photos and provide more detailed, structured information about your rental so it will be returned in more rental searches.

We have been providing a place for landlords, property owners, and roommates to connect with prospective renters since 2004. There is no charge to list a rental and there is no charge or registration for renters to view complete details about your listing and contact you.
What happens when I post a rental at LasVegasRentals.com?
Listing a rental is very simple. When you complete the Short, Standard, or the Free Text Listing Form, your rental will immediately be available on LasVegasRentals.com for potential renters to view.
On the listing form, you will choose whether to have your phone number available and whether to receive email from renters through the site. You must either make your phone number available or accept email from renters through the site. These features give you more flexibility to decide how renters will reach you!
What happens when a renter emails me?
When a renter is interested in your rental, they can email you through a form on LasVegasRentals.com and you will receive the email immediately. You may also view all inquiries from the My Listings page.
Please make sure you add lasvegasrentals.com to your email safe list so you receive renter inquiries immediately!
Will I get spam or junk mail if I list at LasVegasRentals.com?
We have designed a form for renters to email you through our site so your email address will not be available on the website. This eliminates a large majority of junk mail as the only way for someone to send you solicitations is to fill out our Contact form. This also prevents your email address from being added to junk mail lists by web crawlers.
Additionally, we have filters that redirect certain emails to our staff based on patterns and keywords that we have recognized in fraudulent/inappropriate email. If you receive an email that is spam or appears to be fraudulent, please forward it to us (contact us at the email address you receive in your New Listing email). Also, please be sure to review the Landlord Alert to educate yourself on the types of rental scams going on that target landlords and property managers.
You will receive one email verification each time you list a new rental and one weekly listing report on Sunday that summarizes the listings you have on the site. You will not receive any other unsolicited or unwanted email by listing here, other than renter inquiries.
Your Weekly Report has information about your listing, rental market comparisons, and occasionally other information about property management. When you remove all your listings or make them inactive, you will automatically stop receiving the weekly email.

One of the great features of LasVegasRentals.com is that you may turn your listing inactive when it is rented. By logging in at the My Listings page, and clicking update, you can change the status of your listing to inactive or you may remove it.
