It isn’t the least expensive with monthly rents ranging from $650 to $1050 for larger units, but given all that one receives, it’s truly one of those cases where you get what you pay for.
It’s a private and gated community and located in a great section of the neighborhood. Anyone searching for a Sunrise Manor apartment that has location and a real neighborly feel to it would be wise to give it a look see.

Tierra Ridge is located just north of East Sahara Avenue and due West of South Hollywood. The immediate area is very quiet and for families, one of the great bonuses is that it is directly across the street from a wonderful park that has fantastic facilities for kids and adults a like. And because of its proximity to major road arteries, these Sunrise Manor rentals are within minutes of great shopping, restaurants, and all of the famous Las Vegas entertainment venues not to mention Nellis or other commutes.
Las Vegas High School, which serves grades 4 through 12, is a few blocks away, and it gets very high community ratings. There are two excellent elementary schools within a few blocks of the complex, too. There’s a sense of small town in this suburb that sits against the mountain. For families who want their children to be able to bike or walk to school, Tierra Ridge is perfect.
Spacious Apartments And Amenities Too
The apartments at Tierra Ridge are huge and offer finish features not usually found in affordable apartments. Roman style bath tubs are standard along with vaulted ceilings, and lovely hardware fittings throughout. There either garages or covered parking, and the pool areas are sparkling clean and well- maintained.
Between the broadband, huge closets, and large patio areas with extra storage, these Sunrise Manor rentals are some of the most popular in Sunrise Manor. The tenant reviews are overall very good for the usual issues like noise, safety, maintenance and the staff. If there are any complaints, it is about parking but those are minor complaints at worst.
Tierra Ridge is one of the complexes where you know your neighbors, and it is very friendly and protective. That makes it a great place for families or single-parents, who worry about the safety of their children first and foremost. And with reasonable rents, it stands to reason that it is popular enough that there aren’t huge amounts of vacancies. So, the word is that if you want to be near schools, live in a peaceful safe neighborhood, and value space and privacy, Tierra Ridge is a complex you should definitely check out.
