A Spatial View – Avion In Sunrise Manor

Las Vegas is full of resort like hotels and single-home communities, but the apartment dweller has to look a little longer to find something that is comparable. The Avion at Sunrise Manor is just the property, and considering that it is in an area close to Nellis, Lake Mead and Frenchman’s Mountain, it seems all the better!

Avion is somewhat unique and offers a great lifestyle. For those seeking a new Sunrise Manor apartment or even their first Las Vegas rental, it would be a tough complex to beat in the area.

Resort Feel At Rental Prices

Even the architecture of Avion feels like a quality resort. Pale, adobe buildings with lovely landscaping give its entrance a grand feel and the amenities don’t stop at the front gate. All apartments are beautifully designed with built in nooks and shelving that looks like it comes from a decor magazine. Deeper into the apartments, one finds the kitchens are super equipped with built-in microwaves, washer/dryers, ceiling fans and huge private patio spaces.

Each Avion unit comes equipped with an alarm system and high end appliances. What this adds up to is a good place for either singles or families to call home. For children, there is an enormous playground area called the Tot Lot and even the clubhouse has some space with children’s games. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day – which is a big bonus for those who don’t work standard hours! There are two pools, a spa area, and a gigantic clubhouse, which is perfect for parties and other types of entertaining.

The Reviews Are In

Over all, Avion gets better than average reviews from current tenants. On a one to four scale, most rate it at 3.5 or higher, which is very good these days. As with most areas of Las Vegas these days, security can sometimes be an issue and Avion is no different. While people say they feel perfectly say inside their apartments, there are been some issues with car tampering, but that is a common occurrence across all of Sunrise Manor and Las Vegas in general, and there’s a certain wariness everywhere.

Although the larger apartments are perfect for families and many do live there, some residents will also say that the complex is more geared toward singles and couples rather than children. That said, other residents, who do have children can’t say enough good about the atmosphere.

Rents at Avion run from $580 to $920 per month, which is a large span of pricing for what seems to be a very good value. It is a peaceful Sunrise Manor rental complex, has good maintenance, and offers access to recreational lifestyles not as widely available as in other areas. For those stationed at Nellis, it is perfect, and allows a real sense of making a home in something that feels like a resort.
